The Watermill sits on the River Nene between Ringstead and Great Addington and is a hub of activity with working water mills to see, a tearoom, beautiful walks, and a working marina with boat hire.
Our team completely transformed the roof of this beautiful Watermill.
The previously damaged section has been removed and re-slated, along with the complete Collyweston roof, front and rear. We used a considerable amount of additional reclaimed Collyweston slate for this project. We used TLX Gold insulation with counter battens for airflow to improve the roof’s insulation.
