Bradstone Cotswold Slate
Re-slating a Collyweston Slate roof with Bradstone Cotswold roof tiles is sometimes feasible and offers a more affordable option. These tiles closely resemble Collyweston Slate, providing an authentic look. However, it’s important to note that you might need permission to make this substitution, depending on the location, listed status, and conservation area regulations.
Bradstone Conservation Slate
Bradstone Cotswold slates are visually authentic, durable, and cost-effective. When you use Conservation slates, the original Collyweston will be reused on other historic buildings. This process ensures a fresh supply of reclaimed slate for repairs and maintenance.
Aggregate Industries has carefully crafted these slates to imitate the characteristics of natural stone. At the same time, meeting the demands of conservation planning.
Although Cotswold slates are an excellent Collyweston substitution, you may need permission from the relevant authorities before work can proceed
Artificial Collyweston Slate
Here at Heritage Roofing, we are experts in Bradstone Cotswold slate.
We use the same traditional skills for installing conservation slates as for Collyweston roofing. We can even replace your roofline and quote for additional installation while completing your new roofing project.
The Bradstone Roofing Process
Once the relevant permissions have been granted (where applicable) and the quotation accepted to complete the work, we place the order for the Bradstone Slates for your roof.
Each order of Conservation Bradstone Slates is individual and specific to your roof. We generally request a deposit for the slates at this point as they are made to order. Once we have a delivery date, we schedule a start date for the roofing work.
While we install your new Bradstone Cotswold roof we can quote, supply, and install new guttering/rainwater goods to your home. Our preferred guttering brand is Alutech and is available in cast iron effect, deep-flow and traditional styles. The guttering is powder coated, reducing the need for future painting and maintenance, and there is a full range of attractive hoppers available.
